All the herbs are hand harvested, triple washed and dried in small batches to retain quality. We dry our herbs on food grade stainless steel (there are few regulations for drying herbs, and some companies use galvanized steel, which contains known carcinogens). Herbs are cured and packaged as quickly as possible, and are truly artisan crafted. We use only certified organic herbs grown on the farm and our process is certified by the Virginia department of Agriculture and Global organic Alliance (our organic certifying agent). There is nothing like the taste of fresh dried high quality herbs. The taste will make you realize that the inferior quality of "Mass Market" herbs that have been on market shelves and within stores inventories for months and sometimes years, are not of the quality and flavor that you will come to expect.

Herb Garlic Salt -
A blend of Greek Oregano, Roasted Garlic Flake, Pink Himmalayen Salt, Sweet Basil, Italian Parsley, French Thyme and Rosemary Leaf
A very versatile blend, light on the salt. Can be mixed with olive oil as a dipping souse, sprinkled on roasted vegetable or meats.
